Pharmacy Technician
Job Description
O’Sullivans Pharmacy Group is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician for an on-site role at our Limerick location. Responsibilities include processing prescriptions, providing exceptional customer service, managing pharmacy inventory, and assisting pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications. You will ensure accurate record-keeping while adhering to established health and safety protocols and providing support to both team members and customers.
Requirements
Strong experience working with prescriptions and knowledge of pharmacy practices
Experience or formal training as a Pharmacy Technician
Proficiency in inventory control and maintaining stock levels accurately
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to patient care
Ability to work on-site in Limerick and collaborate with a team
Previous experience in a similar role or pharmacy setting is preferred
Relevant certification or qualification in pharmacy technology is an advantage
