We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Supervising Pharmacist to lead one of the flagship pharmacies of our company on Western Road, Clonmel.

– Exceptional hourly rate (top-of-market rate for a Supervising Pharmacist)

Key Responsibilities
Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
Providing professional advice and support on medications and healthrelated matters
Leading, managing, and motivating staff to ensure excellent team performance
Supervising claims and ensuring accurate, timely submissions
Driving and supporting the rollout of new company projects and pharmacy initiatives
Ensuring full compliance with PSI regulations and company policies
Requirements
Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
Proven ability to work effectively in a professional dispensary setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and outstanding patient care

Minimum requirements: At least 2 years’ experience as a registered pharmacist in Ireland + 1 year in any European country, or three years of experience as a pharmacist in Ireland. (total experience of 3 years in community pharmacy).
