Resonsible for the day to day management and operation of the pharmacy, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services.
Ensuring compliance with PSI legislation,regulation,standards and guidance.
overseeing the safe dispensing and supply of medicines.
maintaining appropriate SOPs,records and professional standards.
Providing leadership and professional supportto the pharmacy team.
Ensuring appropriate staffing,workflow and delegation with the pharmacy.
Working with the Superintendent Pharmacist to maintain high standards of patient care,governance and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
Registered with the PSI.
Appropriate community pharmacy experience.
Strong professional judgement.
Good Leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to excellent patient care and high professional standards.
Good understanding of PSI regulatory and compliance requirements.
Reliable, professional and capable of taking responsibility for the day to day operation of the pharmacy
