CLINICAL PHARMACY SUPPORT: Support service-level activities for effective drug distribution and control, quality prescribing (rational drug use), medicines reconciliation, antibiotic stewardship interventions such as restricted-use antibiotic reviews, follow-up of pharmaceutical care plans, patient counseling, good dispensing practices, and safe medication practices. Maintain hard-copy documentation of all information related to consumables, equipment, and medicines. In collaboration with the Medical Department, monitor epidemiological data based on the consumption and distribution of goods. Receive and organize all electronic data related to consumption, distribution, inventory, and relevant procurements in the database.  BUDGET MANAGEMENT: Collaborate in budgeting and in preparing orders for drugs and other medical materials.  SUPPLY CHAIN: Support and participate in all drug and medical material supply processes and ensure their overall efficiency and effectiveness.  PROCUREMENT PROCESS: Support and monitor the procurement process from needs assessment to receipt, taking corrective measures when needed. Ensure regular communication with the Medical, Logistics, HR, and Finance departments regarding medical supplies and pharmacy management.  STOCK MANAGEMENT: Facilitate proper stock management, transport, and storage procedures to ensure the availability of stock across all projects and prevent expiries, overstocks, and stock-outs. Ensure that all inventories of drugs and medical devices are up to date. Supervise storage conditions (e.g., humidity, temperature, light exposure, cleanliness, pest and rodent control, stock security, maintenance of the cold chain, etc.), as well as classification, organization, and inventory, in order to guarantee the quality of medicines and other medical materials and prevent damage, financial losses due to expired items, deterioration, and theft. Ensure full cooperation during periodic and extraordinary stock checks at warehouses and distribution sites.  WASTE MANAGEMENT: Ensure the proper implementation of waste management protocols and compliance with national and international legislation to guarantee the quality of services provided to the population and the appropriate handling of drugs and medical products, including their proper disposal, in accordance with hygiene and safety requirements.  PHARMACOVIGILANCE: Immediately report any problems related to the quality of drugs, medical devices, or laboratory equipment. 2  Other: Manage the First Aid stock and Prophylaxis Kit in the hospital, offices and guest house
